Our battery-operated audio guestbook is designed to capture heartfelt messages from your guests. Simply lift the receiver on the device, and guests can record their wishes, advice, and memories directly into the guestbook using the built-in microphone.
+ HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST?
The battery life varies depending on usage. On average, the batteries should last throughout your event, capturing numerous messages from your guests. We recommend checking the battery level periodically during longer events.
+ HOW DO WE RETRIEVE THE RECORDED MESSAGES?
After your event, simply return the items to us and we will transfere the recordings onto a USB stick keepsake.
+ IS THERE MESSAGE RECORDING LIMIT?
Our audio guestbook has ample storage capacity, allowing for a large number of recorded messages. You and your guests can leave as many messages as you like throughout the duration of your event.
+ HOW DOES THE AUDIO GUESTBOOK ARRIVE?
The audio guestbook will arrive by Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature. It wil arrive in a protective carry case, within a shipping box/bag. Please make sure there is someone available to take delivery of the parcel.
+ HOW DO I RETURN THE AUDIO GUESTBOOK?
When your special day has concluded, please carefully place the audio guestbook and all associated items back into its carry case, just as it arrived. Secure the case and place it back into the original box/bag for posting, ensuring any old labels have been removed.
We will email a QR code to the email address used for your booking. Once you receive the QR code, take the parcel and the QR code to your local Post Office. They will scan the code and create a postage label for you.
Please remember to take the parcel to your nearest Post Office by the next working day.
+ WHERE DO I SET UP THE AUDIO GUESTBOOK?
We recommend that the audio guestbook is set up in an area away from loud noise (so away from the loud music). However, make sure that it is in an area where it will not be overlooked.
